Wow, it's been awhile since I've posted. I just haven't felt up to it lately.
My life is pretty much the same. However, I got sick a couple weeks ago and missed an entire week of classes. Now I'm EXTREMELY behind and finals start next week. Eep.

My birthday went pretty well. My mom took me to dinner and then I went out and blew all of my birthday money. I'm having my cake tonight, my mom actually just pulled it out of the oven. Tomorrow, I'm celebrating with my dad.
So basically, my 22nd birthday went exactly like my 21st (and 20th, and 19th...). I wouldn't have it any other way.

Something's going on with my financial aid and apparently they canceled my classes until I can get things sorted out. Luckily I have the verification form that they need.
As for the breakup... it hurts. However, I am moving on with my life. I still feel a pang whenever I think about him, but I don't just sit around feeling sorry for myself.
They say that bad things happen in threes. I hope that isn't an accurate phrase. I'm already two for three.

And they've apparently developed anorexia.
What the hell?! They're trolls- er, "Trollz™", that is- not Barbies. Why the hell does everything need to be glamorized? Frankly, I think that these new trolls are pretty damn scary looking. Give me an old-school one any day.

Saw Flightplan yesterday. It was pretty good, although it wasn't the psycological thriller that I hoped it would be and the end got a little to "actiony" for my tastes.
We saw this big guy with a beard wearing a t-shirt that said "This is what a TRUE feminist looks like". That totally made my day.

12:59 pm - I Hope I Didn't Brain My Damage

On Monday night at about eight-thirty, this huge storm knocked out our power. It wasn't restored until three AM Wednesday morning. The entire UMSL campus was actually closed on Tuesday, because of the blackout. That sure didn't bug me, because I had an anthropology exam that day.
Yesterday at work I had seven kids all by myself. They did get a little fussy, but it was nothing that I couldn't handle (although one kid was teething).
